TruCut, an 80-employee manufacturer operating across three facilities, needed to modernize HR systems to reinforce its strong culture, improve communications, and reduce the administrative burden on a one-person HR team. TruCut turned to Paylocity for payroll and HR services — including Paylocity Community, Employee Onboarding, mobile timekeeping, integrations, Partner Portal, expense management and analytics — to support employee engagement and day-to-day operations.

Paylocity implemented a centralized payroll and mobile timekeeping solution (with geofencing), the Community collaboration hub, online onboarding, expense management, and integrations with TruCut’s health insurer and 401(k) provider. The result: payroll processing for the whole company now takes about 15–20 minutes, onboarding and acclimation are faster, reimbursements post on payday, manual data entry is reduced, and employee communication, engagement and transparency have measurably improved — delivering substantial time savings for HR and stronger company-wide culture thanks to Paylocity.
