Paylocity integrated with ISG’s ERP and automated recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, enabling remote completion of paperwork, candidate tracking, and automated communications. As a result, ISG onboarded more than 150 new hires in the first year, saved over 1,000 hours through automation, significantly reduced human errors, and was able to reallocate staff (including 1 FTE focused on employee engagement) while keeping back‑office headcount low.
