ISG, a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering firm with 500+ employees across 11 locations, faced fragmented HR systems, paper-based onboarding, and repetitive manual data entry that made recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration slow and error-prone. Paylocity integrated with ISG’s ERP and automated recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, enabling remote completion of paperwork, candidate tracking, and automated communications. As a result, ISG onboarded more than 150 new hires in the first year, saved over 1,000 hours through automation, significantly reduced human errors, and was able to reallocate staff (including 1 FTE focused on employee engagement) while keeping back‑office headcount low.
