Catholic Charities New Hampshire (CCNH), a large non-profit serving roughly 950 employees across 20+ facilities, was struggling with an outdated, decentralized HR and payroll setup that required manual payroll cards, lacked consolidated reporting, and didn’t integrate with its 401(k) provider. To modernize operations, CCNH partnered with Paylocity and adopted Paylocity’s HR & Payroll solution along with its Time & Labor module and Mobile/Self-Service app.
Paylocity centralized payroll and time tracking—deploying kiosks connected to Paylocity, integrating with bswift, and enabling mobile self-service—so CCNH now runs a consolidated weekly split payroll on time, has a single view of payroll and HR metrics, and benefits from Paylocity-serviced hardware. The change produced measurable gains: 70% adoption of the Mobile App, streamlined payroll across facilities, richer reporting on headcount and labor costs, and freed HR staff to focus on recruiting, retention, and community services.
