Hathaway Brown School, a K–12 institution in Shaker Heights with 300+ employees, was burdened by manual HR and payroll processes—managing more than 500 W‑2s, benefits enrollment, timekeeping, and reporting by hand. To modernize its administrative infrastructure, Hathaway Brown selected Paylocity to provide HR, payroll, Time & Labor, employee self‑service, Data Insights/reporting, and mobile solutions.
Paylocity implemented HR and payroll modules, migrated historical data, deployed Time & Labor and a Self‑Service Portal, and enabled Data Insights dashboards and mobile access. As a result, Paylocity reduced payroll reconciliation and processing from days to hours, substantially cut HR administrative work, automated 403(b) matching, improved reporting and compliance, and empowered employees to manage pay and benefits themselves.
