Paylocity implemented a full HCM stack—Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Performance, Compensation, Employee Self-Service and Employee Voice—enabling 30-state tax compliance, streamlined benefits and recruiting (including candidate text notifications and calendar invites), faster reporting, and self-service access for employees. As a result of Paylocity’s platform and dedicated support, OuterBox cut HR admin time (saving one HR lead about seven hours per week), eliminated spreadsheet-based compensation work, accelerated reporting, and gained the scalable infrastructure to support continued growth.
