PayIt's solution provided a secure platform for online payments and 311 service requests. The results were significant, with online payments for motor vehicles reaching 50% and real estate and personal property tax payments reaching 60%. The implementation also achieved a 98.4% user satisfaction rate and a 100% jump in online transactions during a key tax deadline, greatly enhancing convenience and efficiency for residents.
