Scalefocus, a Bulgaria-based European IT solutions delivery center with 850 employees, needed a better way to manage company cards, expenses, and invoices. By adopting Payhawk’s spend management platform, Scalefocus was able to issue cards, add users, and adjust spending limits directly from the web platform with just a few clicks. Payhawk also reduced accounting admin work by letting cardholders upload receipts and assign cost centers or project categories in the app, improved support for remote expense handling, and delivered better FX savings on international travel, with the company noting that Payhawk’s exchange rates were far better than personal cards.
