Electra, a fast-growing European EV charging network, faced fragmented and manual procurement processes as it scaled. To address this, Electra selected Payflows to provide an intuitive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) layer on top of its SAP S/4HANA system.

Payflows implemented its solution in two phases: a three-week standalone rollout followed by a two-month SAP integration. This provided Electra's teams with a unified platform for managing purchases, leading to faster approvals and full spend visibility. With over 70 daily users, the finance team was freed from manual tasks. Payflows provided the scalable foundation necessary for Electra's continued expansion and cost control.
