A Payfirma Case Study

Canucks Autism Network - Customer Case Study

Canucks Autism Network, a non-profit founded in 2008 to support individuals and families living with autism across British Columbia, needed a better way to collect donations at community events. Before working with Payfirma, the team was limited by cash-only giving and inaccessible bank machines, making it harder to raise funds outside the office.

Payfirma provided its mobile payments solution, including the Payfirma Mobile POS app, giving Canucks Autism Network a convenient way to accept credit cards at events for ticket sales, silent auctions, and fundraising. As a result, the organization was able to participate in over 10 large off-site fundraising events per year, raise funds more effectively, and expand from 3 programs in 3 locations to more than 20 programs in over 30 locations serving approximately 1,000 families.
