The Archdiocese of Louisville, which includes 111 parishes, 46 schools, 5 cemeteries and more than 3,000 employees, was struggling with fragmented payroll: individual locations used different systems, employee data wasn’t centralized, paperwork was inconsistent, and HR spent excessive time reconciling files.
