Radian is an award‑winning UK non‑profit housing organisation with 800+ staff that relied on annual paper performance reviews, which consumed time and resources, encouraged siloed working and risked recency bias. Seeking more frequent feedback, cross‑functional alignment and a scalable performance process, Radian launched its largest internal digital transformation in March 2017.
Working with HR, project leads and senior leaders, Radian implemented 7Geese along with training and internal user guides to drive adoption. The platform automated documentation and OKR tracking, enabled 3,722 1‑on‑1s (85% of staff) and left 97% of objectives up to date; within nine months employees were 50% more confident running 1‑on‑1s, improving feedback frequency, recognition and performance management.
