Ruby Receptionists, a Portland-based virtual receptionist company serving small businesses across North America, faced the challenge of scaling performance management for its 500+ team amid rapid growth. The rollout drove a 98% adoption rate in the receptionist center, greater transparency and employee-driven feedback, and allowed HR leaders to focus on strategic priorities like identifying skill gaps and using data to improve performance.
