Geon Performance Solutions, a manufacturer that became independent in 2020, needed a new HR approach to manage a largely tenured workforce while creating pathways for newer, younger employees to advance based on skills rather than seniority. Partnering with Paycor, Geon implemented a Talent Ecosystem featuring talent development programs, a continuous monthly feedback performance system, 1:1 goal/KPI tracking, LMS, and HR/payroll/time tools. The result: clear career progression and succession planning, better communication and goal alignment through OGSM, and transformed reviews from annual to monthly—boosting engagement and visibility into individual contributions.
