Employee Learning & Training Simplified with Paycor

My Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS), Florida’s largest multiple listing service, employs 65 people and serves 53,000 customers through its training programs. Chris Lumia, Lead Trainer (MFRMLS), reported that their previous LMS required heavy internal maintenance, was not user friendly, and only a few staff could operate it; HR couldn’t add employees or run completion reports, and the system lacked easy ways to create customized learning paths.

After eight months partnering with Paycor and adopting Perform Learning Management, MFRMLS gained a user-friendly, integrated LMS with designer- and learner-facing interfaces, robust reporting, and the ability to build learning paths like a dynamic New Employee Orientation and organization-wide update courses. With hands-on support from Paycor during the transition, the training program became more visible and easier for HR to manage, enabling refreshed course content, better tracking of completions, and plans for department-specific training—complemented by Paycor solutions for payroll, applicant tracking, onboarding, Perform HR, Perform Time and reporting.
