The team faced disjointed systems, complex biweekly payroll that took more than two hours for 70 employees, spreadsheet-based performance reviews, and no learning management system.

Partnering with Paycor consolidated payroll, HR, time & attendance and LMS into a single platform—reducing complicated payroll with commissions and bonuses to about 30 minutes—and provided employee self-service for clocking in, scheduling and PTO. Real-time performance reviews, LMS reporting and onboarding task lists improved transparency, reporting and communication across the company.
