AMFM, a family-owned company managing 18 nursing homes across West Virginia, doubled its workforce from 900 to 1,800 in five years and found its in-house payroll and manual, paper-based HR processes could no longer keep up. Partnering with Paycor, AMFM moved to paperless recruiting and onboarding, implemented recruiting technology, employee self-service, streamlined benefits reporting, and consolidated payroll and time & attendance. The result: 215 hires and 860+ applications managed in one month, time-to-hire cut from 26 to 16 days (saving 10 days), dramatically faster onboarding, better hiring-manager communication, and improved reporting and visibility by location.
