Iron Arch Management, an 18-store McDonald’s franchise group, struggled with a paper-based onboarding process that required completing all new-hire paperwork during orientation and manually entering data into multiple systems. With roughly 800 hires a year, the labor-intensive process led to user errors, long orientation times, and duplicate data entry across platforms.

By implementing Paycor’s Onboarding with POS integration and responsive support, new hires now complete paperwork online and data flows directly into payroll, cutting administrator onboarding time from more than 30 minutes to about 5 minutes per hire and reducing orientation from 6 hours to 2.5 hours (a 3.5-hour savings). The solution streamlined workflows, reduced manual errors, and gave the franchise reliable customer service for urgent payroll issues.
