Franchise Owners, Corporate Leaders Receive Helping Hand with ERTC

ACE Handyman Services franchise owners needed help understanding the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) and didn’t have the time or information to determine whether they qualified. They turned to Paychex, using its ERTC Service and payroll support, to clarify the rules and guide them through the process.

Paychex worked with corporate headquarters to answer franchisee questions, explain the credit, and encourage applications, eventually reaching about 70 franchisee calls plus follow-up emails and videos. As a result, many ACE Handyman Services owners began applying for ERTC funds they were eligible to claim, helping them access IRS relief they may have otherwise missed.
