In a survey of 2,146 workers at 54 companies making under $25/hour, Payactiv users avoided significant “FinTax”: 31% avoided overdraft fees (saving $21,620), 22% avoided payday loans (saving $22,426), and 9% avoided other loans (saving $14,485); users also reported an employee Net Promoter Score of +73, reflecting improved morale and reduced financial stress.
