Brunel University wanted to broaden the range of payment methods available to students and customers while improving cashflow and maintaining a secure, fully compliant payment process. To meet this need, the university worked with **Pay360 by Capita** and its **Access PaySuite Online Payments** solution.

**Pay360 by Capita** implemented a mix of counter receipting for face-to-face payments, secure phone payments via Paye.net, and an online payment option to give students more flexibility. The solution removed the risk of holding card data on site, delegated much of the PCI DSS burden to the vendor, and reduced the need for internal bank accreditation. Brunel University reported better cashflow, a stronger student experience, easier reconciliation through a single database, and faster query resolution thanks to improved reporting.
