Stoker Fitness enables 24-hour gym access with Paxton for 150 users across 2 doors

Stoker Fitness, a gym at Thorbecke College in Rotterdam, faced the challenge of providing its members with 24/7 access while ensuring the security of its facility and equipment without staff being physically present. To meet this need, they worked with vendor Paxton Access and Ricor Security to implement the Paxton10 access control system, which included smart credentials via the Paxton Key app.

The solution from Paxton Access allowed gym members to use their smartphones for secure entry and to arm/disarm the burglar alarm automatically. This provided Stoker Fitness with simple, remote system management and gave 150 users 24-hour access to the gym through two doors. The result was a significant improvement in user experience, increased flexibility for members, and peace of mind for the owners through remote monitoring.
