Blok Developments, an urban property developer in Cape Town, required a high-security access control system for its residential properties. The challenge was to find a simple and reliable solution for managing access tokens and providing video intercom capabilities. They partnered with vendor Paxton Access to address this need.

Paxton Access implemented its Net2 access control system and Net2 Entry monitors. This solution provided simple remote token management, full audit trails, and visual visitor authentication. The result was a significantly improved and easily managed security system for Blok's four developments, covering 12 doors. The success led to Paxton's systems being specified for two additional future developments.
