HOVER, a spatial data company, wanted to improve equity transparency and educate its fast-growing workforce about compensation. The team also needed to move away from a manual, spreadsheet-based merit review process and create a more modern, scalable way to communicate total rewards and equity to candidates and employees.
Pave helped HOVER launch a Visual Offer Letter for candidates and employees and adopt its Compensation Planner for merit cycles. With Pave, HOVER replaced a homegrown equity calculator, standardized compensation planning, reduced spreadsheet errors and communication gaps, and made merit reviews simpler and more efficient. The result was a more transparent, equitable compensation process that better conveyed the value of equity and employee rewards.
