YTH (Youth + Tech + Health), a non-profit that uses technology to improve health outcomes for vulnerable youth, needed a HIPAA-compliant way to send sensitive test results and notifications for its PrEPTECH program so users could receive information without in-person visits. With limited budget to build their own solution, YTH turned to Paubox and its Paubox Email API to provide secure, compliant communications.

Paubox delivered a simple-to-integrate Email API and responsive customer success support, enabling YTH to send encrypted messages directly to users’ inboxes (no portal or password required). After integrating Paubox, YTH launched the PrEPTECH pilot, met its signup goals, and removed a major barrier to engagement by securely delivering results and health information via email.
