Using Paubox Email API (part of Paubox Email Suite), Enable Dental now sends encrypted messages that arrive directly in recipients’ inboxes, protecting PHI end‑to‑end while eliminating portal friction. Since October they’ve sent more than 175,000 encrypted emails on behalf of 69 employees (about 1,500 emails/month), boosting deliverability and open rates, saving substantial staff time, improving accuracy, and benefiting from Paubox’s responsive support.
