Scarlet Plus, an IT and marketing company serving healthcare practices, needed a fast, easy way to help new clients communicate securely while staying HIPAA compliant. With Paubox, Scarlet Plus implemented an easy-to-use email API, then expanded to Paubox Email Suite, Paubox Marketing, Paubox Texting, and Paubox Forms. The solution was quick to deploy, required little ongoing monitoring, and received strong support from Paubox’s customer service team. Scarlet Plus has since referred roughly 15 clients through its own process and now requires Paubox for most customers, saving time and money while improving security and HIPAA compliance.
