Granite Recovery Centers gains peace of mind with Paubox Email Suite

Granite Recovery Centers (GRC) is a New Hampshire–based nonprofit providing residential, outpatient and sober‑home treatment for people with substance use disorders across 15 locations. With a largely mobile workforce and more than 300 employees, GRC needed a HIPAA‑compliant way to send protected health information that wouldn’t rely on clunky portals, passworded messages, or manual subject‑line triggers—especially when communicating with referral sources, HHS, law enforcement and other external partners.
