Top U.S. Bank Improves Visibility In PeopleSoft With Pathlock Native For PeopleSoft

Top U.S. Bank, one of the Big Four U.S. banks, needed better visibility and auditability across its PeopleSoft environment to meet strict banking compliance requirements. With limited native logging in PeopleSoft and public-facing applications creating security concerns, the bank wanted to reduce blind spots, improve remote access security, and better protect sensitive information. Pathlock Native for PeopleSoft was used to address these challenges.

Pathlock implemented granular PeopleSoft logging, click-to-view masking/redaction, location-based security, and two-factor authentication to tighten control over sensitive data and remote access. The solution logged activity on high-risk accounts, limited off-network access to self-service functions, and added field-level MFA for changes to sensitive PII. As a result, Top U.S. Bank gained direct visibility into PeopleSoft activity, reduced exposure risk, and aligned more fully with compliance requirements while minimizing user disruption.
