NASCAR turned to Pathable when its annual Fuel for Business event had to pivot to a virtual format on June 26, 2020. Facing uncertainty about the season and losing their registration system just weeks before the event, NASCAR had only two weeks to assemble a polished virtual meeting for its official partners and relied on the Pathable platform to guide the agenda and attendee experience.
Pathable delivered embedded virtual webinars, registration data import and notification/bulletin features so NASCAR could upload attendee lists, run pre-recorded general sessions with breakouts, and send timely reminders that increased attendance and engagement. The event recorded roughly 190–200 day-of users, about 300 desktop visits and 40–50 mobile visits with approximately 10 speakers, and NASCAR praised Pathable for enabling a quick, effective turnaround.
