Patchwork Health delivered an interoperable end-to-end digital staff bank that connected local banks, e-rosters, and the North West Collaborative Bank across 18 trusts. In the first six months, over 5,500 clinicians used the platform, more than 10,500 hours of shifts were filled, over 90% of trainees were onboarded within 48 hours, and 10% of shifts at Warrington & Halton were repeatedly filled by trainees via the network.
