By implementing Passport's "quick park" feature, which allows users to pay for parking in just two clicks by saving their most recent locations, TPA streamlined the payment experience. This solution led to record-breaking growth, with the app processing over 1.5 million transactions in May 2023—a 25% increase since the start of the year. The success continued, and by June 2024, the Green P app had surpassed 2 million users and hit an all-time high for monthly sessions.
