Leading International Payments Provider Company, a UK‑headquartered payments firm serving corporate clients mainly in the UK and US, needed to cut manual work in customer lifecycle processes (onboarding and risk monitoring) by 50% and avoid hiring large numbers of additional Compliance Analysts as it scaled. PassFort mapped and digitised the firm’s complex workflows using its Policy Builder, central risk engine, Portal and Integration Hub, integrated data providers to automate checks, and recommended a new primary US data provider for business/shareholder information.
