Northern Light Health, an integrated health system in Maine, is a Passerelle customer that faced challenges turning its vast data on medical outcomes and costs into actionable knowledge. The organization relied on manual Excel scorecards that were difficult to keep current, and it needed a modern analytics platform to support fact-based decision-making for its board.

Passerelle developed and delivered three executive scorecards using Tableau, building upon the existing Excel baseline. Using an Agile SCRUM methodology, the project was completed on time and on budget. The solution resulted in an analytics platform that was fully adopted by the board, enabling fact-based decisions and providing a foundation the internal team can build upon for years to come.
