Members Development Company (MDC) needed a better way to manage meeting materials for its board and owner meetings. With more than 80 attendees and board books that could exceed 300 pages, printing, binding, and shipping paper packets cost over $7,000 per meeting and made last-minute updates difficult. MDC turned to Passageways and its OnBoard board portal to replace the cumbersome paper process.

Passageways implemented OnBoard first for MDC’s nine board members and then expanded it to support all materials for the two-day owner meeting. The result was secure electronic access, easy annotation on iPads, and real-time updates so attendees always had the latest information. MDC said the solution saved time, money, and trees, improved flexibility during meetings, and became fully integrated across both board and owner meetings.
