The College of Saint Benedict, a residential liberal arts college in Central Minnesota, needed a better way to manage board materials for its 33-member Board of Trustees and multiple committees. After moving from paper board books to a home-grown electronic solution, the college found the system difficult for end users and IT to support, especially because of mobile incompatibility, file-size issues, last-minute updates, and security concerns.
