Rockpool Investments, a financial company specializing in direct private investments, needed to enhance functionality for its 2,500+ investors. Their challenge was to provide greater transparency, offer more information on investments, and allow clients to request new opportunities through a responsive customer community accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. Passage Technology's Development Services team was engaged to implement a solution using Salesforce Community Cloud.

The solution implemented by Passage Technology was a newly created, custom-branded customer community. Built using the Salesforce Lightning Design System for responsiveness, the community allows investors to view pending and acknowledged requests, submit new opportunity requests, access training videos and documents, and download financial reports. This provided Rockpool's clients with flexible, mobile-friendly access to their investment data and significantly enhanced the firm's service transparency.
