Alabama Community College System trains 400 employees in 32 hours with Paskill Stapleton & Lord

The Alabama Community College System (ACCS) faced the challenge of providing consistent professional development to improve customer service for its thousands of employees across 24 diverse campuses. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Paskill Stapleton & Lord, which delivered its Student-First Culture Workshop to help break down departmental silos and create a more seamless experience for students.

Paskill implemented a flexible version of its collaborative workshop, scaling it to efficiently train 400 employees through eight half-day sessions. The solution successfully broke down silos between departments and campuses, empowering staff to reframe their approach to student service. The project was a huge success for ACCS, which received the needed training at a workable price point. Paskill demonstrated the workshop's effectiveness at a system-wide scale, with immediate plans to repeat the model for other higher education systems.
