How Unbounce grew their mature partner program 18% YoY with AIM

Unbounce, an AI-powered landing page builder for marketers, had already built a large partner ecosystem, but its mature affiliate program needed more structure and ongoing activation to keep driving new trial starts and revenue. With thousands of partners across self-serve and VIP models, the company needed a better way to recruit the right partners, manage engagement, and motivate partners to keep contributing to its main KPI: new trial starts (NTS). PartnerStack, together with All Inclusive Marketing, helped Unbounce organize and scale this effort using its PRM, Discovery Recruitment Tool, tiering, and partner resource features.

PartnerStack enabled AIM and Unbounce to segment partners, run targeted outreach, launch challenges, refresh content, and personalize incentives for different partner types, including agencies. The results were strong: Unbounce increased NTS active partners by 9% in 2023, onboarded 51 new partners in Q1 2023, and saw Q1 affiliate partnership revenue rise 18% year over year. One new agency partner alone generated over $10K in new revenue in Q1, showing how PartnerStack helped Unbounce grow an already mature program more efficiently.
