A PartnerLinQ Case Study
Transportation Services and Logistics providers (TSLs) needed a better way to manage rapidly growing transaction volumes, fragmented legacy systems, and reduced visibility across a complex partner network. Their mainframe-based technology and siloed ERP platforms for LTL, truckload, and rail operations could no longer support expansion or the disruptions created by COVID-19, so they turned to PartnerLinQ for an integration platform and services approach.
PartnerLinQ deployed its Azure-native distributed connectivity engine to unify the customer’s partner ecosystem, migrate EDI connections, and rebuild routes, mappings, and workflows across internal and external endpoints. In 12 weeks, the customer moved more than 1,075 partners and customers to the new cloud-based platform, gained visibility into more than 15 million transactions per month, and supported nearly 800,000 inbound and outbound transactions per day. PartnerLinQ also simplified onboarding, improved service ratings, and created a scalable foundation for adding 20 to 30 new partners each month.
