Global Food Distributor Transforms B2B with PartnerLinQ’s Digital Connectivity Platform

Global Food Distributor, a leading producer and distributor of fruits, vegetables, juices, beverages, and snacks, needed a better way to manage B2B connectivity across a complex global supply chain. Its legacy IBM Sterling-based, on-premises architecture, along with multiple ERP systems including Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, SAP, and Produce Pro, was driving high VAN costs, repeated transaction conversions, and unnecessary complexity. The company turned to PartnerLinQ for a more flexible digital connectivity platform.

PartnerLinQ implemented a cloud-based integration solution on Microsoft Azure to connect the customer’s ERP and trading partner network, reducing dependence on the old VAN and enabling direct AS2/SFTP connections for many partners. PartnerLinQ helped the company onboard 400+ partners within weeks, connect 60+ AS2 partners without third-party software, and process more than 400,000 transactions in a year, while improving document visibility and reporting across the network.
