The challenge was that tracking web‑to‑app and app‑to‑app journeys from affiliate partners is typically manual and time‑consuming without dedicated infrastructure, so THE ICONIC needed a reliable way to attribute partner‑driven app activity.

Partnerize provided its mobile app event tracking via the Partnerize SDK (implemented August 2022), allowing THE ICONIC to capture partner‑driven app events without impacting the in‑app experience. The results were clearly measurable: sales increased 41%, app‑centric partners drove 64% of their sales from mobile, year‑to‑date mobile traffic reached 61% and mobile transactions 46%, while mobile app partner AOV was 36.79% higher than desktop—alongside reduced manual attribution overheads and better marketing mix decisions thanks to Partnerize.
