Revolut, the UK-based digital money app, wanted to grow its Perks rewards programme by forging travel partnerships and accurately attributing cashback and promotions to individual users. To solve this, Revolut partnered with Partnerize and used the Partnerize platform (including the AllTrack mobile tracking solution), real-time reporting and fast payments to run tiered, targeted offers for Trainline customers through Perks Beta and Perks Plus.
Partnerize implemented a measured rollout with precise attribution and reporting, automating what had been a manual process and enabling better targeting and faster cashback. The campaign drove a 6x uplift in transactions by Revolut Perks customers on Trainline, a 400% increase in Revolut users buying from Trainline within six months, and a 15% higher ATV for Perks vs non-Perks Revolut cardholders in 2019, while improving campaign optimization and ROI.
