RedBalloon, Australia’s leading online experience retailer with over 5,000 experiences, wanted to grow through a new acquisition channel and began investing in partner marketing in 2017. To build this channel they engaged Partnerize, using its Partner Management Platform and dedicated customer success support to establish and manage partnerships.

Partnerize helped RedBalloon form direct partnerships across loyalty, fintech, cashback, content and rewards and supported a test-and-learn approach via a Customer Success Manager and client services. The program delivered measurable gains: a 71% increase in sales (H1 2018 vs H2 2017), a 34% lift in average order value with a key partner, 11% over-performance on annual revenue targets, plus lower CPA and a reported 17:1 return on ad spend.
