direct.playstation.com, Sony Interactive Europe’s direct-to-consumer PlayStation storefront, wanted to launch and scale an affiliate channel despite limited affiliate marketing experience and resources. To support the rollout, the team partnered with Partnerize for partner management software and account management services.

Partnerize helped design the program with a new customer-only commission model, targeted partner recruitment, and phased market expansion across Europe and the US. The launch generated 435k new customer visits and significant 6-figure revenue from content partners, with a +97% QoQ revenue uplift after expanding into cashback, loyalty, and promotional partners; the affiliate channel now drives circa 7% of UK traffic and operates in 15 EU markets plus the US.
