How Flight Centre engineered a world-class affiliate program

Flight Centre partnered with Partnerize to launch and scale its affiliate marketing program across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. The travel brand wanted to start with a small, controlled group of partners, but needed the strategy, tools, and guidance to grow online bookings efficiently while building trust and brand equity in a new channel.

Using the Partnerize platform and Maximize Service, Flight Centre expanded from 10 planned partners to nearly 100, diversified into cashback, deal, content, CLO, CUG, BNPL, and travel-specific affiliates, and introduced dynamic rewards to drive higher AOVs. Partnerize helped deliver strong results, including a 213% YoY revenue increase in Australia, up to 10,001% ROAS from certain partners in New Zealand, and in Canada a 117% QoQ revenue lift and 40% QoQ AOV growth, with affiliate AOV now 35% higher than Flight Centre’s online average.
