Hugh F. Miller Insurance Agency, a family-owned Rock Falls, IL agency founded in 1985 with ten employees and a balanced Life & Health and Property & Casualty book, was hampered by a legacy management system that delivered rising fees, slow processing, redundant steps and cumbersome accounting.
