Ephlin Insurance Group, a Bartlett, TN–based agency founded in 2010 with 25 employees serving Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas (about 75% personal, 25% commercial), faced the challenge of merging three agencies and consolidating disparate management systems and data—all during the COVID-19 pandemic. Seeking an easy-to-use, supported agency management platform, Ephlin chose Partner Platform (with conversion and support from the SIS team) to replace legacy systems and bring new staff up to speed.

Partner Platform and the SIS team executed remote data pulls and iterative cleanup, completing a successful conversion and onboarding program that included PartnerNet training videos, a 30-day test agency, and one-on-one remote training.
