By using Partium's image and text search capabilities, technicians could quickly identify parts, find part numbers, and check warehouse availability directly from their mobile devices on the train. The solution from Partium significantly reduced search times, decreased reliance on expert colleagues, streamlined the onboarding process for new technicians, and conserved valuable institutional knowledge. ÖBB Train Tech is now rolling out Partium across more locations to further integrate it into its operational systems.
