The implementation of Partium provided a centralized, AI-powered search tool available in multiple languages. The solution streamlined communication between field engineers and service agents and was rolled out to 773 users in 15 countries within just two months, with eventual implementation in 24 countries. Partium enabled faster, more independent part identification, reduced the reliance on a few experts, and positioned GF Machining Solutions to deliver a first-class service while preparing the data for a future customer-facing eCommerce webshop.
