The solution integrated existing systems to provide technicians with instant access to documentation, condition monitoring data, and a direct link to the spare parts shop. The results for AICHELIN were significant, including a reduction in part identification time from 12 minutes to 10 seconds, annual savings of €600,000 from reduced downtime, a 50% reduction in errors, and a new revenue stream from licensing the app to customers.
